Tiburon Impact Adventure 2.0 was co-led by Tiburon Managing Partner Chip Roame and Tiburon clients Scott Hanson (Co-CEO, Hanson McClain) & Craig Wietz (President, First Rate). Twenty or so group members built and fully furnished a home for a family in need in San Antonio Del Mar, Mexico on January 27-28, 2018. Tiburon Impact Adventure 1.0 had been led by Tiburon Managing Partner Chip Roame and Tiburon clients Ben Cukier (Managing Partner, Centana Growth Partners), Scott Hanson (Co-CEO, Hanson McClain), & Aaron Klein (CEO, Riskalyze) in Ethiopia on January 15-18, 2017. That group raised over $100,000 for the construction of a fifth through eighth grade classroom building in the village of Adami Tulu.

The annual outing combines a challenging outdoor adventure with a fun weekend together. Production & Administration Assistants:

Tiburon is currently looking for three production and administration assistants. Core responsibilities are to deliver three PowerPoint assignments per day. PowerPoint completion includes making noted additions & enhancements, completing research & printing assignments, publishing all document parts to the Tiburon web site, confirming that all parts’ links work, delivering a complete printed package to the managing partner, and sending the executive summary to the managing partner. More experienced members of the team should be able to complete three or more PowerPoint assignments per day and also add more value in research.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit and format PowerPoint presentations daily
  • Support with scanning, managing partner assistance, and other general administration tasks

Requirements

  • Two or more years of administrative or relevant work experience with market research firms
  • Intermediate skills and experience with MS Office applications required
  • Ability to learn quickly and using systems and tools/technology
  • Organized and able to multi-task while juggling deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • An excellent writer / speller / proofreader with exceptional attention to detail
  • Very good communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
  • Must be able to work in our Tiburon office

  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience ($25-$40 per hour)
