The purpose of this research is to provide readers with an initial understanding of the future of the brokerage, investments, private banking, & wealth management industries in the European, Middle Eastern, & African markets, many of which present substantial wealth but also challenges for US financial services firms, including multiple languages, currencies, & laws. In short, this report defines the future of advice in these markets and compares these findings to those of the United States in order to provide readers with some perspective. Many of the European, Middle Eastern, & African markets have trends parallel to those in the US, but also many have fundamental market differences. This is the second draft of Tiburon’s research on this topic.
